Your privacy and safety are a top priority. All sitters and staff members are bonded and insured, and they sign confidentiality agreements. Any information about your home (such as keys, alarm codes, access instructions, or pet routines) is handled with care and is only shared with the sitter(s) assigned to your visits.
We store information securely and never release it to outside parties unless legally required or necessary in an emergency involving your pet.
Free Meet-N-Greet
Before your first scheduled service, we provide a free 30-minute Meet-N-Greet. This gives you and your pets the chance to meet your assigned sitter, ask questions, and make sure it’s a good fit. No services will be booked without this introductory visit unless otherwise agreed upon.

You can request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Just reach out via phone or email, and we’ll handle your request promptly.
